You could do as OCaml, which is "LGPL with linking exception" which
allow you to link the library statically if one want.

The haXe Compiler is GPL, the haXe Standard Library is BSD.
Neko is LGPL but is entirely built for dynamic linking so no problem
here for commercial apps.
