only libexpat.dll (not libexpat.0.dylib) lives here:
<my-haxelib-path>/xinf/0,0,2/ndll/Windows

tested that <my-haxelib-path>/xinf/0,0,2/ndll/Windows was added
correclty to PATH .. all fine there

still get the following error when i run xinf:
