Oops,

I read some previous posts and I have probably make a wrong diagnostic for the
install matter. It's not a working directory problem, for the bugfix, I also did
two other things:
- I have added the enviroment variable at the beginning of the form (for PATH),
and not at its end as I say in my previous mail.
- I restart my windows session

So, at first I believed that it was when I change the working directory, but
it's may be one of this two other tricks.

I'm sorry for the mistake :)
